I took in my laptop in with a charging fault and non-working tracker pad. Explained that I need laptop for my self employed work so needed a quick turnaround if at possible. Machine was available for collection the next day. Andy was very honest re the investigation they did, having not found any fault and not having to carry out a repair. The tracker pad was dealt with and a very reasonable fee charged. I would thoroughly recommend them. Good to support the small businesses in the area.
